The Health and Care Administration has a user-oriented approach - we all work together to provide users with quality care and support every day. Within the Health and Care Administration, around 400 proud and dedicated employees work in home care, nursing homes, functional support, health and medical care, social psychiatry, and authority operations. Do you want to work in a role where you truly make a difference every day? We are now looking for more competent and engaged nursing assistants for permanent positions and temporary contracts in home care, where you will become an important part of our users' daily lives.

Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant with us, you will work both independently and with colleagues. You will support our users in having a functioning and secure daily life and assist with personal care, hygiene, medication, meals, social activities, and other service efforts. We work based on each individual's needs and conditions, and we place great importance on utilizing and strengthening the person's own resources. You also have an important role as a personal care contact. The work follows a schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have nursing assistant education or other care education that the employer assesses as equivalent. You are a secure, engaged, and meticulous person who enjoys working closely with people. You find it easy to collaborate, create good interactions, and treat both users, relatives, and colleagues with respect and professionalism. Experience from similar tasks is an advantage.

Since communication and documentation are important parts of the job, you need to have good computer skills and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. A B driver's license is a requirement. We place great importance on personal suitability.
