About us

Järfälla Rehab is part of Rehab Nordväst, which offers primary care rehabilitation in the municipalities of Solna, Sundbyberg, Järfälla, Upplands Bro, and Märsta-Sigtuna under the management of Region Stockholm.

At our unit in Järfälla, 36 people work divided between home rehabilitation and outpatient care. We are located in pleasant premises at Jakobsberg Hospital, within walking distance from Jakobsberg Station, about 15 minutes from Stockholm Odenplan.

Job Responsibilities:

We currently have an opportunity for a rehabilitation coordinator position at 50-60% combined with a position in primary care rehabilitation in your base profession. In the role of rehabilitation coordinator, you will work on-site at the health centers, meet patients who are on sick leave, write rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with doctors, psychosocial teams, and other professionals.

Your work in your base profession will take place in outpatient care or home rehabilitation based on the unit in Järfälla.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • License as a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, or dietitian.

Meritorious:

  • Previous work experience in primary care
  • Experience in the role of rehabilitation coordinator
  • Academic education, e.g., the course “Rehabilitation Coordinator - Coordinating the Rehabilitation Process, 7.5 credits”

Employment Form

Permanent employment. Full-time 100% with placement in Järfälla in your base profession. A probationary period may be applied. Start date by agreement.
