With us, nursing assistants and nurses work together, and the operational area is also led by nurses. We provide care in several different areas such as internal medicine, surgery, orthopedics, geriatrics, and palliative care. We are a total of 360 people distributed across nine care departments and ASIH, currently having 173 care places.

About the Department

Ward 10 monitors up to 18 patients with telemetry and receives patients with a need for increased care levels. We work in teams with a strong focus on patient safety, good nursing care, and collaboration. You will have present managers, support from nursing leaders and senior colleagues, as well as an onboarding plan tailored to your experience. During the first months, you will be trained in monitoring systems and the department's specific tasks. We offer mentorship and the opportunity to contribute to improvement work within nursing, quality, documentation, and CPR.

About the Cardiology Clinic

You will be part of the medical clinic, which also includes clinical physiology, endocrinology, COPD, stroke, gastrointestinal, Diagnostic Center, and physician's office. The team consists of doctors, nurses, biomedical analysts, and nursing assistants.

Job Responsibilities at the Clinic

• Nurse-led clinic for patients with coronary artery disease, heart failure, and arrhythmias
• Booking and telephone advice via TeleQ
• Referral management and work in quality registers
• Teamwork with different professions
• Other clinic tasks

Your Qualifications:

Requirements:
- Licensed nurse with the right to practice within Swedish healthcare.
- At least 3 years of experience in cardiology.

Meritorious:
Further education in cardiac care.
Experience in outpatient work.

Employment Form:

Permanent employment. Full-time, day/evening/night. As a nurse in a 24/7 operation, working time agreements apply with the possibility of a retention bonus (on time) and shortened weekly working hours for night work. If you work condensed weekends and more scheduled nights, you also have the opportunity for additional earned time that can be taken out as time off, money, or pension savings.
