Solna Sundbyberg rehab is part of Rehab Nordväst, which conducts primary care rehabilitation in the Stockholm Region. We are located in Solna-Sundbyberg, Märsta–Sigtuna, Järfälla, and Upplands Bro. In total, we have about 130 employees consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians, speech therapists, social workers, chiropractors, nursing assistants, and receptionists.

Our clinic Solna Sundbyberg is located in Solna, and we are in pleasant premises close to commuter trains, subway, and buses. Our main mission is home rehabilitation in connection with inpatient care and to facilitate staying at home as well as other tasks related to primary care rehabilitation in the clinic.

Job description:

You will primarily work in home rehabilitation. Patient visits are conducted both in teams with physiotherapists and individually. Patient visits are usually performed in the patient's home.

Your work includes performing assessments of activity ability, trial and prescribe aids, and conduct memory investigations. The work requires broad competence, independence, and good collaboration skills.

Daily work includes collaboration with other professional categories in the unit and with healthcare neighbors. Work at our clinic may occur. Supervision of students is part of the assignment. Documentation is done in TakeCare.

Requirements:

• You are a licensed occupational therapist with permission to work in Swedish healthcare
• A valid driver's license (B) is required

Meritorious:

• Experience working in home rehabilitation and primary care rehabilitation is meritorious
• Experience working with patients with NPF and stress issues is meritorious
• Good computer skills and experience with the TakeCare journal system is meritorious

Employment form:

Permanent employment. A probationary period may apply. Full-time 100% - 40 hours/week. Working hours Monday to Friday. Start date according to agreement.
