About Apoteket S:ta Ragnhild

Here at Apoteket S:ta Ragnhild, we are located in the heart of Södertälje, in the well-visited S:ta Ragnhild shopping center. Our central location gives us a wide and varied customer interaction – and a workday characterized by high pace, variety, and strong team spirit. We are a team of eight dedicated employees who together create a safe and inspiring experience for our customers. The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00-19:00, Saturdays 10:00-17:00, Sundays 11:00-17:00.

Your role

Our responsible pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. As the responsible pharmacist, you actively guide your colleagues by providing support with questions and making safe pharmaceutical assessments.

• Continuously work on improving routines and processes for safe and secure customer management.

• Conduct self-inspections and provide support in conducting risk and incident analysis.

• Guide your colleagues with questions - we grow and develop together.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality so that our customers can feel secure with us.

• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a community pharmacy.

• You have worked with deviation management with root cause analysis and planning and follow-up of actions.

• You have at least 1 year of experience in drafting and revising instructions in the self-control program.

• You have at least 1 year of experience conducting self-inspections with planning and follow-up of actions.

• You are meticulous, meaning that no important and decisive details are missed.

• You are attentive, secure, and enjoy contributing to solutions in everyday life.
