Business Developer for VO AnOpIVA at Södertälje Hospital:

As a business developer at VO AnOpIVA, you are an important support in establishing and following up our business plan. You propose, initiate, and drive quality and patient safety work based on our results, goals, and indicators. You support the development of new working methods in general and also in connection with digitization and new forms of care. The work also includes following up, analyzing, and evaluating the results of the operations.

You will drive and develop Vo AnOpIVA's work with patient involvement in both development work and in clinical everyday life. You will also be responsible for patient guidance and case management regarding feedback and complaints. It also includes participating in hospital-wide projects related to patient safety and quality.

You report assignments to the operations manager. Some clinical duties are included in the position.

Your personal qualities:

The role requires very good collaboration skills with different professions as well as developed empathetic ability for a professional approach in contact with patients and relatives.

You enjoy working independently and leading processes. You have good communication skills, are structured, analytical, and enjoy working in a team.

Your qualifications:

Requirements:

We are looking for you who are a licensed specialist nurse with at least five years of clinical experience. We prefer that you are a specialist in anesthesia, surgery, or intensive care. Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.

Meritorious:

Meritorious are good skills in leading patient safety and quality work, including work with deviations. It is also meritorious if you have documented training in and experience of leading incident and risk analyses as well as experience in driving projects.
