For our care and nursing home Björksätra located in Sätra, we are looking for a licensed nurse with several years of experience working as a nurse in elderly care.

Björksätra has 48 places, of which 6 are short-term care.

Job Responsibilities In the role of nurse, you, together with other nurses, are responsible for ensuring and leading health and medical care efforts, which you do in close collaboration with rehab and our nursing staff. You contribute to ensuring that those who move in or already live at Björksätra feel secure with the care and support we provide, and together with your colleagues, you support our residents to continue being who they are.

Working together to ensure that the care and support we provide truly comes from the individual and that the resident is given the opportunity to participate.

It is important to us that you wholeheartedly share our view of our residents that we are here for them and not the other way around. Qualifications You are a licensed nurse with several years of experience in elderly care. If you have further education in elderly care, dementia, or palliative care, it is an advantage.

If you have worked in elderly care and home healthcare, that is a big plus. Additional formal qualifications such as further education in dementia care or elderly care are advantageous.

You are brave and willing to try new working methods and challenge yourself. You are curious and want to get to know the residents and care about ensuring they can continue to decide how they want to live their lives. You are reliable and always keep your promises.

You have the ability to communicate with your colleagues for the best of the organization. You see opportunities instead of obstacles. Your personal qualities are important to us.

Other: You work every 4th weekend.
