About the position

As a contact nurse in hematology, you will work closely with experienced colleagues in the same role, doctors, as well as the department's day care and outpatient clinic. Together, you create safe and cohesive care for patients throughout the care chain.

In this role, you will follow the national assignment description for contact nurses. In your work, you will make evidence-based assessments and take relevant actions to meet the patient's needs.

Over the past ten years, we have achieved significant medical successes, where contact nurses have played a crucial role in managing the patient's quality of life during their contact with the department.

The goal in this role is to ensure safe, cohesive, and patient-centered care for patients with hematological diseases by being a clearly designated contact person.

We are looking for someone who

  • feels confident in themselves and their professional role, with the ability to handle complex situations and make well-founded decisions
  • is self-driven and takes responsibility for their work, drives processes forward, and prioritizes based on the patient's needs
  • has good collaboration skills and enjoys working in a team with different professions
  • is empathetic and has a genuine interest in people, with the ability to meet patients and relatives at different stages of life
  • works in a structured manner, plans and organizes their work effectively, and has the ability to create order even in a dynamic everyday life.

We place great importance on personal suitability and consider group dynamics in the selection process.
