About the Workplace

Hammarby Sjöstads Husläkare is a well-established clinic with a calm and pleasant atmosphere that welcomes our patients.

Our vision is a sustainable work environment and high-quality care with the patient at the center. Currently, we have about 12,900 registered patients, and our home care services encompass between 30 and 40 patients. We offer you a stable and well-functioning workplace with short decision-making paths and freedom under responsibility.

Job Responsibilities

You will work in a team with district nurses/nursing colleagues and the clinic's doctors in a fun, varied, challenging, and somewhat independent work environment. The work includes both home care and regular clinic work. The latter involves planned and urgent patient visits, telephone counseling, and advice in our digital channel PTJ.

Qualifications

Licensed district nurse/nurse. Previous experience in primary care and home care is an advantage.

Additional Information
