As a specialist physician in psychiatry and MLA, you are central to both the clinical work and the management of the operations. You ensure evidence-based care processes, measurement-based follow-up, and high quality, supported by digital patient-reported outcome measures and a scientific council.

The clinical work prioritizes patient interaction, with routines and administrative support that free up time for medical deepening, in close multidisciplinary collaboration with good access to psychological treatment and in-depth investigations.

As an MLA, you actively participate in management alongside the unit manager, in medical management group meetings, and in the development of routines, patient safety, and operational improvement. Your specialist competence contributes both to high-quality care and strategic development of the unit.

WeMind operates several psychiatric outpatient clinics in Stockholm where we treat all types of specialist psychiatric diagnoses. We are currently seeking MLA and senior physicians for several clinics and are therefore gathering interests through this advertisement.

• Licensed physician, specialist in psychiatry

• Previous experience in a leadership role

• Strong interest in follow-up and evidence

We are looking for someone who is interested in working broadly within the psychiatric field, combining broad clinical competence with the ability to lead and develop the operations, always focusing on evidence-based care, high quality, and follow-up.

You take responsibility for both patient-facing work and operational development, promote multidisciplinary collaboration, and actively contribute to a collegial and knowledge-intensive environment where continuous improvement is a given.
