Engaged and Flexible Nurses Wanted

We are looking for engaged and flexible nurses who want to work as hourly substitutes at one or possibly several of our nursing homes located in Norrtälje municipality.

You have the opportunity to contribute to care and support at our facilities in Norrtälje, Hallstavik, Rimbo, as well as Bergshamra and Blidö. Do you want to make a difference for our elderly in a safe and caring environment? Then you are the one we are looking for.

About the Position

You will work when our regular nurses are on vacation, are sick, or have other absences, so you will need to cover both planned and unplanned shifts. You are the spider in the web and responsible for ensuring that prescribed care measures are carried out.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Round work and doctor contact
• Medication management
• Medical assessments
• Supervising care staff

About Our Offer:

We offer a wellness allowance of up to 5000 SEK annually. Hourly employees are included in Epassi and can utilize wellness compensation according to a special calculation scale. You can read more about our benefits here.

About You

For this position, you need to:

• Be a licensed nurse
• Have a B driver's license for manual cars and driving experience
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience from elderly care
• Specialist training in geriatric care and/or palliative care

You are a licensed nurse, and we prefer that you have worked a few years in elderly care. Our residents are often multi-ill and it requires that you have both an overview of various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in the aging person. You have good computer skills and experience with documentation, which is important in your daily work.

You have good collaboration skills, which is also required as you work in a team based on residents' needs. As the responsible nurse for care, it is good if you are clear and structured in your guidance of care staff.

About Us

We have several nursing homes that we are very proud of, and which you now have the opportunity to be a part of. We have Blidösundsgården on Blidö and Rosenlundsgården in Bergshamra. In Hallstavik, there are August Jansgården and Kristinagården, in Älmsta is Elmstagården. Furthermore, Eneberg and Ängsgården are in Norrtälje and in Rimbo we have Begshyddan and Birgittagården. The nursing homes vary in size, from 14 to 70 apartments. Common to all our homes is that they are run with commitment and warmth, aiming to create homes we would want to live in ourselves.
