Responsibilities

As a social worker with us, you will have great independence and broad delegation. You will make your own decisions that can have a significant impact on a person's life situation.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Meeting clients during initial visits and providing guidance to the right agency or support.
• Conveying information and services that lead to increased independence and self-sufficiency.
• Processing and investigating applications for social assistance and other financial support.
• Working according to the Social Services Act and the municipality's guidelines.

You will be offered a meaningful and varied job in an organization that develops in line with society's needs. The role includes collaboration both internally within the municipality and externally with actors such as the Employment Agency and the Social Insurance Agency. Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent, has experience in public authority work, and experience in supporting individuals towards sustainable changes.

You are confident in your professional role, enjoy both independent work and close collaboration, have a respectful approach even in difficult situations, and contribute to a good working environment.
