We are now looking for experienced personal assistants for a 30-year-old active girl who uses a wheelchair. She communicates through eye contact and sounds, which means you should be attentive.

Previous experience with tube feeding is a plus, but not a requirement. She trains/stretches regularly and enjoys being active through walks, swimming both indoors and outdoors, and window shopping. She goes out for these activities daily and is away from home every day from around 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. She also enjoys listening to music and attending music events with her assistants.

As a personal assistant, you will have the opportunity to support and help this active girl continue to live an active life.

The position includes round-the-clock assistance with double assistance during the day. Day shifts are long, about 12 hours, which means you will not work more than 4 shifts a week. During night shifts, there are 6.5 hours of on-call/waiting time between 11:30 PM and 6:00 AM. The schedule is a 6-week rotation where you will work both day and night shifts as well as weekends.
