We can offer you a fun and very important job as a work coach. The daily operations in Håbo municipality consist of several workgroups with different focuses and activities. We have, for example, a café, service groups, a studio, and recycling. Our goal is to provide meaningful employment, development, and community based on the individual worker's preferences, guided by assignments and implementation plans.

Your Responsibilities

By adapting the environment and working methods, we create conditions for the individual to succeed. We utilize the individual's strengths and provide support when abilities falter. You safeguard the individual's integrity and actively work to give them significant influence over themselves and their day.

In your role as a work coach, you are expected to:

• Work directly with the employees and their networks in close collaboration with management, support educators, and other colleagues.
• Create a meaningful, developing, and enjoyable workday and contribute to organizational development and a good work environment.

Driving the organization's vehicles daily is part of the job, thus a driver's license for a manual car is a requirement.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with relevant education at least at the high school level and long documented experience working with the target group.

Knowledge of clarifying pedagogy, AAC, and LAB is required as this is used in daily work.

Since documentation is part of daily work and many employees need support in their communication, it is important that you have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written. If you have held a position as a documentation supporter for colleagues, that is an additional merit.
