About the Position

At Olivia Personal Assistance, we are looking for a personal assistant who wants to work as a substitute for our client in Stenhagen, Uppsala.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM (weekdays)
• 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Saturdays)
• 2:30 PM - 8:30 PM (Sundays)

Start date is according to agreement, and we hope you can begin training immediately.

About the Client

The client is a 17-year-old boy with multiple disabilities and intellectual disabilities. He enjoys books, music, water play, and being outdoors in all weather. The job involves assisting in all daily situations and providing support for training and development. This is done by communicating through speech, signs, symbols, songs, music, and by supporting and encouraging motor training.

The tasks include:

• Assisting with daily routines such as household chores
• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Heavier transfers may occur

We are looking for someone who is attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged, as personal suitability is highly valued.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form
• You should not be a smoker as the client cannot tolerate this
• Previous experience working with children
• Care experience or similar

Merits:

• Knowledge of transfer techniques

Employment Level: 3 substitutes as needed

Start Date: Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
