We now want to expand our production team in Stockholm and are looking for someone with great drive and creativity.

Are you our new conference producer/project manager?

About the role

As a conference producer at Hyperight, you will have the overall responsibility to plan, produce, and develop fairs and public events from idea to execution.

You will be a key person in establishing and driving our new portfolio of events focusing on both B2C and B2B fairs as well as experience-based events.

Your responsibilities include:

• Concept development, planning, and execution of fairs and events

• Budgeting, project management, and follow-up

• Ongoing contact with exhibitors, partners, suppliers, and speakers/participants

• Coordination of logistics, stage programs, and visitor experiences

• Contributing to marketing strategy, content production, and partnerships related to the events

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in event production, fairs, or conferences

• Documented experience in managing multiple parallel events

• Understanding of both commercial goals and visitor experience

• A high degree of creativity, structure, and ability to deliver on deadlines

• Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English

Meritorious:

• Experience in both B2C and B2B events

• Experience in audience recruitment or marketing activities towards consumers
