Product Planner for International Fashion Company
Do you have 1-4 years of experience in Product Planning and want to gain insight into an international fashion company? On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a Product Planner to optimize the regional customer offering. Here you will have the opportunity to work outcome-driven in an agile environment and contribute directly to business results.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Product Planner, you will support regional planning and quantification across multiple markets. The role focuses on optimizing the regional customer offering through data-driven analysis, clear commercial insights, and structured follow-up. You will work on translating global strategies into regional plans and collaborate closely with teams within Buying, Merchandising, and Controlling to ensure a unified planning process.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Tasks
The role involves optimizing purchasing and order management, driving assortment strategies, analyzing sales data, and leading quantification processes to maximize commercial potential.
- Optimize purchases for the right market/timing.
- Collaborate with the production team for order management.
- Drive overarching assortment strategies from a global to a regional perspective.
- Optimize the regional customer offering through sales analysis, quantification, and customer and competitor insights.
- Lead the quantification process for each region to maximize commercial potential.
- Follow up on results during the season and suggest adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Identify risks and opportunities in line with the established assortment strategy.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- 1-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working data-driven
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain & Product Data Management
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in daily work
It is a merit if you have:
- Experience from e-commerce (e-tail), purchasing, or the fashion/textile sector.
- Academic background, e.g., in economics or textile studies.
- Experience in Business Intelligence.
