We are currently seeking a Document Controller for new challenges in the Gothenburg area.
This assignment is time-limited, and applications must be submitted by 2026-01-02.
As consultants, our clients' documentation and information are our core business. Technical understanding and experience are important, as well as being attentive, socially competent, driven, curious, and interested in the client's needs.
Dokumentera has clients in many different industries, and in this role, we are looking for someone with experience working with construction documentation/registers, e.g., in power, energy, or process industries. Experience working with large documentation flows is required, as it is a central part of the role. You have experience working on large projects and enjoy driving, coordinating, and managing tasks and issues with many stakeholders. We are looking for someone who wants to develop as a consultant and be part of Dokumentera's continued success and development.
As a Document Controller, your main tasks will be within technical documentation, where you are responsible for ensuring that documentation is delivered, accurate, and in accordance with the client's rules and guidelines. The work is mainly project-based with the client's employees and in the client's document management tools.
You will be responsible for:
- Clarifying, writing, and following up on documentation plans and checklists.
- Establishing instructions for technical documentation in the project and scheduling documentation deliveries in consultation with the main and sub-project managers.
- Supporting technical sub-project managers in the project regarding documentation.
- Reviewing the delivery of final documentation.
- In some cases, also developing budgets and time and resource plans for the project's documentation deliveries.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience with large projects and coordination of documentation in technical projects and environments.
- Has experience with project/construction documentation and/or large document flows.
- Has industry experience from technical environments such as construction projects, energy/power, process industry, construction industry, water and sewage, or infrastructure.
- Is structured, meticulous, and driven.
- Has a technical education.
- Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Is skilled at communicating and informing both internally and externally. The role involves many points of contact, both with clients and suppliers.
- Is humble, unpretentious, and solution-oriented.
- Has post-secondary technical education.
- Wants to work as a consultant in a company with a sound value base, positive spirit, and strong community.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working as a Document Controller/document coordinator.
- Experience with larger industrial projects with many stakeholders.
- Experience leading and driving projects, preferably within the previously mentioned industries.
- Technical university degree.
- Experience as a consultant.
