At Framebrains, we are looking for a junior creator at the beginning of their career who can film and photograph, but above all, has a passion for post-production. You can immediately see when something is off and know how you want to solve it.

We are seven people doing our best to create really good content while enjoying a pleasant work environment. We love when ideas go from talk to action and when production gets going. It’s often structured chaos, but we handle it together and have a great time along the way.

We produce commercials, campaigns, and content for some of the most exciting brands in the Nordics. One day we chase dawn light in the mountains, the next day we are in a studio creating luxurious product films for the Prince's design company. The pace is high, the projects vary, and you must enjoy quick turns and constant development.

WHO YOU ARE

You have experience from freelancing, agencies, or personal projects and know what it takes to create commercials that resonate. You have worked enough with cameras, lighting, and editing to understand what good material is and how to build a story that lands.

You tackle problems directly and always find simpler and smarter ways to elevate the level. You enjoy filming, but it’s in post-production where you really find your flow and make things really good.

YOU SHOULD:

– Have 1–3 years of solid experience in film and advertising.

– Be comfortable with lighting and cameras and able to capture material that works directly in the edit.

– Handle smaller productions independently and thrive in a team.

– Know DaVinci Resolve like the back of your hand and be quick in editing.

– Enjoy pace, responsibility, and have a good sense of rhythm and music.

– Be able to work magic with subpar material in post when needed.

– Be able to express yourself fluently in English, both written and spoken.

– Contribute energy to the team and take feedback without ego.

PREFERABLE:

– Motion design & graphic design (Fusion/After Effects).

– Can take still photos.

– Interest in AI and animation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

No week is the same. One day you are deep into editing for a beauty campaign, the next day you are behind the camera creating content for a tech brand.

You switch between shaping tempo, sound design, and expression in commercials and filming/photographing yourself when needed. You are involved in the ideation phase, testing new techniques, and using AI or animation when it enhances the film.

You follow projects from idea to delivery and sometimes handle all steps yourself. The focus is always on solving problems, working smart, and delivering high quality that feels like Framebrains.
