Do you want to develop in a future-oriented industry and enable tenants to live a dignified and meaningful life? We are looking for you who want to work as a care assistant at Granlidens Care and Nursing Home in Southwestern Gothenburg.

In your work, you focus on the strengths of the tenants and utilize the individual's resources. You motivate and stimulate the tenant based on their individual conditions in their own home, which is part of the care and nursing home.

Your tasks include personal care, support during meals, encouragement and support in social activities, as well as collaboration with relatives and other stakeholders. Some tasks are performed on behalf of licensed personnel. You also assist the tenant in articulating their needs and wishes.

Your working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

The residence has a unique location in Hovås with views of both the golf course and the sea. The surroundings are green, and it is a quiet area. There are good communication options via public transport and parking available near the workplace. We offer accommodation for general care and nursing as well as for tenants with dementia. In total, there are 73 apartments.

About You

Requirements:

• You are a trained care assistant, can show the National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate of protected professional title, or can demonstrate that you were employed as a care assistant when the new regulations were introduced.
• You have previous experience in care and nursing work.
• You have good computer skills for documentation in IT systems and good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with others.

Preferred Qualifications:

• You have experience working with individuals with dementia.
• You have further education in care and nursing.
