Do you want to take the next step in your HR career and work with complex HR systems on an important project for Workforce Manager (WFM)?

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist Professional who enjoys analyzing, solving problems, and ensuring accurate data in HR systems.

What you will do:

• Identify and correct errors in SAP that affect eTime and Global View (GV).
• Ensure data accuracy between systems and payroll specifications.
• Manage discrepancies in calculations and rectify inconsistencies between systems.
• Migrate values and correct master data.
• Streamline processes regarding final pay, contract changes, and time banks.
• Analyze and resolve ongoing issues that create discrepancies.

We are looking for someone who meets these requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• In-depth experience with SAP, eTime, and Global View (GV).
• Analytical, meticulous, and enjoys problem-solving.
• Experience in HR Operations, including personnel records, reward programs, and reporting.
• At a specialist level (P4) and accustomed to managing complex projects and coaching colleagues.
