The role involves working closely with customers to identify needs and deliver solutions that support business requirements.

You will work with various technologies, products, and platforms, collaborating with the team to provide the right solutions, expertise, and guidance.

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for driving the North Star Review process, Life Cycle Management, and suggesting improvements to existing solutions.

• Lead the delivery of identified solutions
• Develop functional and non-functional requirements and specifications
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure that products and solutions work correctly
• Ensure that developed solutions adhere to architecture, standards, and quality
• Identify and propose solutions and features
• Analyze and develop current technologies, build prototypes and PoCs
• Document and follow up on requirements related to law, customer experience, or other needs

• At least 7 years of experience in IT solution development
• Fullstack development in .NET and knowledge of React & TypeScript
• Experience in DevSecOps (coding, CI/CD, Git/GitHub)
• Tech Lead experience
• Good knowledge of cybersecurity and modern architectures
• Very good command of English

The Köping Digital Factory team consists of Software Engineers, Digital Product Owner, Solution Architect, and Scrum Master working towards the digitalization of the factory as well as maintaining and further developing existing solutions.
