We are looking for two experienced Senior Social Workers for the foster care department in a municipality. The assignment involves leading and distributing work within the unit for child social workers and foster care social workers, focusing on a legally secure working method and the best interests of the child. The tasks include providing leadership and methodological support, ensuring structure, routines, and documentation according to legislation and guidelines, representing the social welfare board, and advocating in legal processes, as well as contributing to operational development and quality in foster care work.

Consultant Requirements

• Degree in Social Work
• Valid driver's license (B)
• At least five years of experience in public authority work within child and youth care or foster care
• Experience in leadership and methodological support for children and youth
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and structure even under pressure
• Good knowledge of documentation, investigation, and legally secure processing
• Desirable
• Experience with the Lifecare journal system

General Requirements

• Current experience in social services' public authority work within the last three years
• Good system familiarity and knowledge of relevant legal provisions
• Ability to work independently with good collaboration skills
• Flexible and resilient under stress
• Work with a holistic view focusing on the individual
• Valid driver's license (B)
• Excellent Swedish in both spoken and written form

About the Assignment

• Two consultants
• Full-time
• Start as soon as possible for three months with the possibility of extension
• Some opportunity for remote work by agreement and based on the needs of the organization
• The assignment is in another location
