Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our dedicated and innovative team within Commercial Operations at Stockholm Arlanda Airport!

What does the role entail? Swedavia continuously works to provide our travelers and partners with services and products to make their journey an attractive experience. In the role of sales support, you will be responsible for assisting with administration for Commercial Operations Stockholm related to agreements and customer matters, focusing on parking and drop-off.

Your main responsibilities

• Manage, administer, and coordinate agreements within commercial operations, primarily in parking.
• Be responsible for invoicing, follow-up, and verification of invoices.
• Receive orders and carry out minor sales actions, e.g., renting parking spaces and agreements for staff parking.
• Administer permits, parking cards, and vehicle registrations in our systems.
• Be administratively responsible for dedicated customer mailboxes and ensure prompt and professional handling of customer matters.
• Collaborate with relevant business areas on strategic issues.
• Continuously work on improving administrative methods, processes, and routines, and ensure documentation.
• Contribute to good communication and strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Participate in projects and process work where commercial and administrative support is needed.
• Be a “backup” for other colleagues within operations in Stockholm and support nearby areas as needed.
• Handle changing work tasks during extraordinary events.

Who are you? You who are applying have at least a high school diploma, but we prefer that you have a university degree or post-secondary education. Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as very good IT skills are required. Experience in process work and administration in complex systems is an advantage. Previous experience/education in administration, service, or economics is meritorious. A valid driver's license (B) is required. As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and used to taking the initiative to find solutions. You enjoy working independently but also have a good team spirit.
