The psychiatric reception in Hudiksvall provides psychiatric outpatient care with a focus on recovery, participation, and increased quality of life for our patients. Here, you will work in a dedicated and experienced multidisciplinary team with specialist nurses, nurses, caregivers, psychologists, social workers, and medical secretaries. As a specialist doctor, you have significant influence over how the clinical work is organized, how structures are built, and how the collaboration within the team is shaped. The position is primarily on-site, which we see as a prerequisite for good teamwork and presence in patient care. If necessary, some tasks can be planned digitally by agreement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of specialist doctor in the psychosis team, you have the medical responsibility in the team and are a key driver in developing both working methods and quality in care. On-call work may occur.

As a specialist doctor, you will, among other things:

• be responsible for medical assessment, diagnostics, investigation, and treatment of patients with psychosis and psychosis-related conditions
• actively participate in rehabilitation, recovery work, and coordination of care interventions
• be central to the team's planning, structuring, and development of working methods
• contribute to shaping routines, workflows, and patient processes
• provide guidance, educational support, and collegial support to ST doctors and training doctors
• participate in collaboration with care neighbors, municipalities, and external actors
• perform regular tasks within psychiatric outpatient care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who thrives in a team-based working style and has good collaboration skills. You are confident in your professional role and have your own drive, seeing the value in medical quality, collegial exchange, and organizational development.

In the role of specialist doctor, you should:

• be a licensed physician with specialist competence in psychiatry
• have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

It is advantageous if you have experience working with psychosis issues, previous experience in guidance or educational assignments, and/or clinical experience from outpatient psychiatry.
