At Ljusdal-Ramsjö Health Center, we provide standard primary care with doctor/nurse practitioner clinics, child health services, psychosocial team, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, day rehabilitation, pool, dietitian, and a family doctor emergency service around the clock, as well as radiology, lab, and nursing department.

The operation will become part of Region Gävleborg Din Hälsocentral AB, the company for publicly operated health and child care centers in Gävleborg. The transition will take place on February 1, 2026. Together, we want to develop and shape primary care and create a good working environment for managers and employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The work as a nurse practitioner involves great flexibility with varied and stimulating tasks and is done together with other professional categories for the benefit of our shared patients. You will work in a team with a committed and secure work group consisting of nurse practitioners, doctors, reception nurses, diabetes nurses, and nursing assistants.

As a nurse practitioner with us, you will work with:

• scheduled appointments
• acute visits
• telephone advice
• home visits
• collaboration with other community actors
• participating in care planning/SIP at home and planning for the patient's care after hospital stays.
