Neurology Clinic is Hiring a Nurse

The Neurology Clinic is part of the specialty medicine department. The clinic is responsible for the neurological specialty area, including diagnoses such as MS, Parkinson's, ALS, among others. It is an outpatient service that caters to patients from Gästrikland and northern Hälsingland. Here, doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and neuropsychologists work together. We collaborate with a neuro-rehabilitation team to ensure our patients receive the best possible care. We also have a day care department for infusion treatments. The position is a full-time temporary contract until June 30, 2027.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to help further develop the already high-quality work of the neurology clinic. You will primarily work at the neurology clinic, but the position also includes a 20% rotation to the ward.

Main Responsibilities

• own outpatient visits
• day care
• telephone advice
• administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling.

QUALIFICATIONS

We prefer that you are flexible and able to adapt to different situations. You plan and structure your work effectively and contribute to good teamwork. Furthermore, we see that you take initiative and drive the work forward with commitment and responsibility.

As a nurse with us, you should

• be a licensed nurse.

If you have previously worked with outpatient care and advice, it is an advantage for the position.
