JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you someone who enjoys working independently but also values good collaboration with colleagues in the team? Then we have the job for you!

We are looking for a nurse to join our team (100%) as one of the nurses has chosen to start studying. The work is scheduled for days/evenings and weekends. Currently, the nurses work every fourth weekend and approximately 4-5 weekday evenings over 8 weeks.

You need to have a good ability to lead nursing work, guide, and coordinate all efforts so that the patient receives health and medical care at the right time.

As a nurse with us, you will be part of a team consisting of nurses, nursing assistants, and a rehabilitation team. Your main tasks will be to conduct medical assessments, manage and administer medications, and provide support and advice to the nursing staff. Furthermore, you will be responsible for planning health and medical care for those in need of care. Ensuring that relatives have good contact and feedback also falls within your responsibility. To succeed in the role, determination, analytical thinking, and adherence to current routines are required.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a licensed nurse. You have experience with IT-based journal systems and can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.

A driver's license (B) is a requirement.

As a nurse, it is important that you are independent, have a good ability to plan, organize, and structure your work.

Furthermore, we see that you have good empathetic skills and can create contacts and relationships with other people. You need to be flexible and easily adapt to changing work situations.

It is advantageous if you have specialized training in Elderly Care, Open Health and Medical Care, or Special Competence in Dementia Care. Any experience from care and nursing is also advantageous, as well as work experience in general.
