The Care Administration, with approximately 1275 employees, encompasses five areas of operation. These are regular housing, special housing, LSS and social psychiatry, HSL and short-term accommodations, as well as management support.

The Care Administration offers meaningful and significant work. Our aim is that care and support should be based on collaboration between the individual, relatives, and employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want a job where you gain trust, variety, and the opportunity to truly make a difference? We are now looking for an engaged nurse for our evening and night organization.

With us, you work independently but never alone, supported by competent colleagues and a clear mission: to create safe and secure care for our patients during the most critical hours of the day.

The nurse during evening/night is responsible for patients across several operations in the municipality:

• Care and nursing homes
• Home healthcare
• Service and group homes according to LSS

You perform health and medical care interventions where the patient is located and work both acutely and preventively. The role involves:

• Independent medical assessments
• Nursing interventions and follow-up
• Advice and support to care staff
• Documentation in Lifecare HSL

The work is varied, developing, and provides significant professional responsibility, perfect for you who enjoy using your full competence.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has several years of professional experience
• Has a B driver's license and is comfortable driving a car
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Is calm, stable, and secure in your professional role
• Has a professional and respectful approach

Meriting:

• District nurse education
• Specialist education in elderly care/geriatrics

You instill confidence, create security, and are an important support function for both patients and care staff.
