The Social Administration's task is to support people who, due to disabilities, economic or social issues, need various forms of support and assistance.

As a physiotherapist with us, you will play a key role in our health and medical care teams, where you, together with occupational therapists, nurses, and rehabilitation assistants, contribute to improving people's quality of life.

You will work with patients who receive home care, live in special accommodations, or stay in short-term care, and you will have the opportunity to see the results of your work in the daily lives of our patients.

Your responsibilities

• Assess activity ability and need for rehabilitation efforts together with the individual.
• Plan, implement, and follow up on rehabilitation within municipal care.
• Prescribe aids and provide guidance to staff.
• Collaborate closely with unit managers and care staff to develop working methods and contribute to a rehabilitative approach.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is:

• A licensed physiotherapist with experience in municipal care, preferably familiar with various digital operational systems.
• Structured, clear in communication, and confident in your professional role.
• Positive, flexible, and accustomed to working both independently and in teams.
• Pedagogical and able to easily establish contact with patients, relatives, and colleagues.
• Familiar with computer-based documentation, preferably in Lifecare HSL.

Good language skills in both spoken and written form, as well as experience in documentation, are requirements for us. You also need a B driver's license to work with us.
