District Nurse/Nurse at Sätra Din Hälsocentral

Sätra Din Hälsocentral currently has about 30 employees and provides primary care in a multicultural area. We have a medical clinic, district nurse clinic, child health care at the family center, psychosocial team, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, home visits, and specialist clinics for diabetes, hypertension, and leg ulcers, among others. Our staff is highly engaged and participates in the development of the organization in all its aspects. The operation will become part of Region Gävleborg Din Hälsocentral AB, the company for publicly run health and child care centers in Gävleborg. The transition will take place on February 1, 2026. Together, we want to develop and shape primary care and create a good working environment for managers and employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a district nurse/nurse with us, you will have close collaboration with all professions at the health center. Your competence is a crucial prerequisite for our common mission to support, treat, and guide people towards a healthier life.

As a district nurse/nurse with us, you will, among other things:

• work with telephone counseling
• perform both scheduled and acute reception work
• work with preventive health care
• make home visits and care planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who easily collaborates with others while having the ability to structure and take great personal responsibility for your tasks. You have our patients' best interests in focus and are skilled at communicating with your surroundings, both patients and colleagues. You easily adapt to changing situations and see the importance of contributing to a good cohesion in the workplace.

In the role of district nurse/nurse, you should have:

• district nurse education or be a licensed nurse with at least four years of experience in the profession
• authorization to work in Swedish healthcare
• hold a valid B driver's license.

For this position, it is advantageous if you have completed asthma/COPD training. Previous experience in primary care and/or asthma/COPD clinics is also meritorious.
