Psychiatrist for Psychiatric Clinic in Bollnäs

The psychiatric clinic in Bollnäs provides outpatient psychiatric care with a focus on recovery, participation, and increased quality of life for our patients.

With us, you will work in an engaged team consisting of specialist nurses, nurses, caregivers, psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, rehabilitation coordinators, and medical secretaries. As a specialist physician, you have significant influence over how the clinical work is organized, how structures are built, and how collaboration within the team is shaped. In this position, there is an opportunity to work both remotely and physically on-site. The arrangement will be determined in consultation with the employer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of specialist physician in the bipolar team, you will have medical responsibility within the team and be a key driver in developing both methods and quality of care.

As a specialist physician with us, you will, among other things:

• be responsible for medical assessment, diagnostics, investigation, and treatment of patients with suspected bipolar disorder
• actively work with rehabilitation, recovery efforts, and coordination of care interventions
• have a central role in the team's planning, development of methods, and design of routines and patient processes
• contribute with guidance, educational support, and collegial support to resident physicians and training physicians
• participate in collaboration with care neighbors, municipalities, and external actors, and perform regular tasks within outpatient psychiatric care (on-call work and home visits may occur).

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who enjoys a team-based working style and has good collaboration skills. You are secure in your professional role and have your own drive, seeing the value in medical quality, collegial exchange, and organizational development.

In the role of specialist physician, you should:

• be a licensed physician with specialist competence in psychiatry
• have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form.

Experience working with the target group and/or clinical experience from outpatient psychiatry is advantageous.
