JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a veterinary colleague to strengthen our team at District Veterinarians in Gävle while one of our employees is on parental leave. We are looking for a veterinarian with a broad interest in all animal species, but with a particular focus on small animals, which make up the largest part of our operations. The position is a long-term temporary position for approximately 15 months starting in May.

Today we are 13 employees of mixed ages. Nine veterinarians, one veterinary nurse, and three animal caretakers. You enjoy working in a team, contribute to the development of effective and smart working methods, and want to be involved in maintaining our capacity and continuing to develop our customer base. The role also includes independent work with on-call duties, scheduled appointments for small animals, and fieldwork. Interest in small animal dental care and ultrasound is an advantage, but not a requirement.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a Swedish veterinary license and an interest in working with all animal species. To thrive with us, you need to enjoy working and collaborating in a team, be stable, solution-oriented, and have good structure in your work. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. We place great importance on personal suitability.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
