Our Operations

The healthcare operations are part of the Welfare Sector in Ljusdal Municipality and consist of approximately 60 employees.

We are a multidisciplinary team of nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants, coordinators, and unit managers who together develop healthcare in close collaboration with external professionals and with citizens in focus.

We are responsible for municipal healthcare within:

• Special housing (SÄBO)
• LSS housing
• Social psychiatry
• Short-term care
• Home healthcare in regular housing

Our operations are located in Ljusdal, Järvsö, Färila, Los, and Ramsjö. We also staff the Region's health centers in Los and Ramsjö.

We are now looking for two licensed nurses/district nurses for temporary positions with us.

The temporary positions are for day and evening shifts with a 100% employment rate or as agreed. Currently, there is an opportunity for placement in special housing or within the organization's own staffing pool.

Your Assignment – Independent, Varied, and Meaningful

As a nurse/district nurse with us, you will have an independent and varied job where you:

• Assess, plan, and perform medical interventions
• Collaborate in teams both internally and externally
• Supervise and delegate nursing staff
• Have a coordinating role regarding patients' healthcare interventions.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse/district nurse (relevant specialist training is an advantage)
• Has experience in municipal healthcare (advantageous)
• Has a B driver's license
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is confident, flexible, structured, and has good collaboration skills
• We place great importance on personal suitability.
