What does the job entail?

For several years, we have focused on and strengthened our capabilities in IT security and want to take the next step.

In the role of strategic IT security architect, you will have a central task: to shape, develop, and follow up on the authority's governance in IT security.

You will:

• Develop our governing principles, guidelines, and frameworks.
• Ensure that we comply with requirements such as NIS2 and MSB's regulations.
• Provide strategic support to management, operations, and IT in security and architecture issues.
• Lead and improve processes for governance, follow-up, and risk management.
• Contribute to enhancing the Court Administration's Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Monitor the environment and identify threats, trends, and changes that affect operations.
• Collaborate with other authorities and contribute to national initiatives.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in IT security and various roles in larger or complex organizations.
• Is accustomed to working with governance, regulations, and compliance.
• Has a good understanding of IT architecture and modern IT environments such as Windows and Linux.
• Has experience in log management and analysis.
• Is analytical, structured, and comfortable communicating with different target groups.
• Enjoys building relationships and driving development together with others.
• Has a relevant university degree or equivalent experience.
• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience in system development according to secure coding principles and work within the public sector is meritorious but not a requirement.

Who are we?

The IT department of the Court Administration has nearly 120 employees and is the heart of the digitalization of 82 courts. We facilitate the everyday life of about 7,500 users in Sweden's courts and thereby contribute to legal certainty and democracy for the country's inhabitants. Every day.

Together with other nearby authorities, Sweden's Courts also play an important role in the digitalization of the information flow within the entire judicial system.

The place of employment is Jönköping. A probationary period may apply. Remote work can be agreed upon for up to two days a week. This will be determined in dialogue with the immediate supervisor.
