As a software developer focused on automation, you will be part of our competent Automation team. Our mission is to develop the control system for our converting machines – a role that is both versatile and challenging. You will work on customer-oriented product development projects and contribute to improvements of existing machines, development of new models, and customized solutions. You will also support our service organization and provide support for installed machines.

In your daily work, you will, among other things:

• Program PLC, mainly in structured text
• Work with advanced servo control
• Lead and/or participate in development projects
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers in an international environment
• Participate in international travel (approximately 3–5 times a year)

We believe you are an analytical and committed person with a strong technical interest and problem-solving ability. You enjoy working both independently and in teams. Since you will have many contacts internally and externally with customers and suppliers, we want you to be comfortable with and have good collaboration skills. Furthermore, you are decisive, solution-oriented, and motivated by working with development and innovation.

You have:

• A degree in engineering or a higher education, preferably with a focus on automation, computer science, physics, or electronics
• Experience in automation projects and software development (or are a recent graduate with relevant education)
• Knowledge in programming, mathematics, and control engineering
• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as our customers are international.
• Experience in leading projects is a merit.
