About the position

We at Bonzi are looking for new colleagues who want to work as personal assistants approximately 20% with our client who lives in Spånga/Bromsten.

We are also looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute when needed during the absence of regular assistants due to e.g. vacation or illness.

The client's relatives prefer female applicants.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist with daily routines such as household chores
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
• Your workplace is where the client is located

The position involves varying shifts on weekdays and weekends, with sleeping on-call duty and waiting time.

• 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM
• 11:30 AM - 04:00 PM
• 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 07:00 PM - 08:25 AM (waiting time 7.58 hours)

About the client

The client is a woman in her 20s with an interest in music and books. She needs your help as an assistant in her daily life due to her autism.

Are you the one we are looking for:

We believe that you who are applying for this position are a person who enjoys working with people and can see to others' needs. As a person, you are empathetic, socially aware, solution-oriented, proactive, and reliable.

You need to be patient and able to read situations and stay one step ahead as our client can be outwardly challenging. Speaking Bosnian or Serbo-Croatian is an advantage but not a requirement.

Requirements:

• Experience with autism
• Ability to work varying hours, sleeping on-call duty with waiting time is included in this position
• Professional experience working as a personal assistant or in care and support.
• Good physical condition
• Not allergic to pets, a cat is present in the home

Scope: 1 part-time position (20%). 1 substitute as needed.

Start date: Immediately. Interviews are ongoing and may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
