About the position

As an escort, you assist individuals with disabilities in carrying out activities they wish to engage in. This includes active leisure activities such as jogging, going to the gym, swimming, or taking walks. Your role is to create safety and enable the individual to live an active and independent life.

Responsibilities

• Accompany individuals during activities outside the home, such as training, walks, jogging, swimming, or errands
• Provide support to facilitate participation in desired physical activities
• Ensure safety and a respectful approach throughout the escorting process

We are looking for someone who

• Is empathetic, attentive, and has a good demeanor
• Has an interest in active activities and can adapt to the individual's needs
• Is flexible and has good communication skills
• Experience in care or working with people is an advantage but not a requirement
