At the Disability Unit, we are now looking for a new colleague as a case officer for SoL, adults under 66 years old. We want you to take on the challenge of being involved in our pursuit of high quality with professional staff and satisfied users.

About the position
As a case officer within the Disability Unit, you will work with the target group of adults under 66 years old with physical disabilities who need assistance according to the Social Services Act.
You will be part of a team of four case officers who specialize in the target group SoL under 66 years. In the unit, there are also eight case officers focused on LSS, a placement secretary, group leader, and unit manager.
Job responsibilities
In the role of case officer, you will investigate, make decisions about, and follow up on assistance according to the Social Services Act. We apply IBIC as a working method in the investigation process. Care planning and collaboration with both internal and external partners constitute a large part of the work.
We are looking for someone who
- Has a degree in social work.
- Preferably has experience in public authority exercise.
- Works independently and is responsible.
- Has a professional approach and an exploratory mindset.
- Has good collaboration skills and is relationship-building.
- Expresses themselves clearly in speech and writing.
- Has knowledge in – or an interest in developing within – the area of disability.

It is an advantage if you:
- Have previous experience as a case officer in public authority exercise.
- Master the operational system Pulsen Combine.
- Have previous experience with IBIC.

Employment conditions
The position is a permanent full-time employment. Start date is according to agreement. A probationary period may be applied. Apply by January 30. Interviews may be conducted continuously before the application period ends.
