About Me:

I am a 22-year-old girl living in my own apartment in Årstadal. I use a wheelchair and have several disabilities, which means I need assistance with all my basic needs – even at night.

I communicate using alternative communication methods that I develop continuously, and therefore I am looking for someone who is attentive, patient, and confident in their role. The nights are an important part of my daily life, and I need an assistant who can create calm, safety, and continuity.

About the Night Service:

As a night assistant, your primary task is to be close at hand to ensure my safety and help as needed during the night. The work involves both awake moments and quieter times, but it is important that you are attentive, responsible, and ready to act if the situation requires it.

Job Responsibilities:

• Personal care as needed during the night
• Support with transfers and any lifting
• Supervision and safety-creating presence
• Support in communication
• Simple practical tasks at home related to nighttime needs

I am looking for a female personal assistant who:

• is calm, secure, and responsible
• has a good ability to work independently
• is attentive and respectful
• can work at night and maintain focus even during quiet shifts
• has good physical condition as lifting may occur
• is not allergic to pets (dogs and horses are nearby)

Previous experience in personal assistance is a merit but not a requirement. The most important thing is that the personal chemistry is right and that you feel comfortable with night work.

Employment Conditions:

• Scope: Hourly employment, night – approximately 27 hours per week on average
• Start date: By agreement
• Workplace: Årsta, Stockholm
