We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic personal assistant for a woman with multiple disabilities in Södertälje. She is deaf and primarily communicates through eye contact and some facial expressions. Knowledge of sign language or signs as support is therefore highly desirable.

The job responsibilities include assisting the woman with personal care such as personal hygiene, meals, and dressing and undressing. Furthermore, the work involves following the routines for maintaining the woman's home and assisting her with training and leisure activities. A lift is used for all transfers, and aids are available in the home.

Applicants should have prior experience working in care and an understanding of what good care entails. It is important that you are meticulous in your work and always ensure that the woman is clean and fresh, and that her home is tidy. If you also have a sense of humor and enjoy being playful, you will get along well!

Working hours are scheduled around the clock except for the time when the woman is at her daily activities. There may be waiting time at night, 8.5 hours.

The position is a part-time employment, and you will work as needed. Introduction will take place as soon as possible.
