About the position

We at Perido are now looking for a recruiter on behalf of our client. The company is a world-leading provider of transport solutions and is driving the transition to a sustainable transport system. The position is located in Södertälje, with the option to work remotely for two days.

Your responsibilities

• Understand the requirement profile and business needs for each recruitment
• Plan and hold kick-off meetings with the hiring manager
• Design selection questions and create effective job advertisements
• Publish ads and actively search for candidates in HR systems and via LinkedIn Recruiter
• Review, evaluate, and present relevant candidates
• Conduct competency-based interviews in collaboration with the hiring manager
• Ensure a professional and positive experience for both candidates and managers throughout the process

Your qualities

To succeed and thrive in this role, you are a structured and independent person, capable of managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously without compromising quality. You easily build trusting relationships and feel comfortable in dialogue with both candidates and hiring managers. With your strong communication skills, you adapt your message to the audience and situation. You are solution-oriented, unpretentious, and have a natural sense of service, while being meticulous, responsible, and genuinely engaged in people and competence.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in the entire recruitment process
• Experience in competency-based recruitment
• Familiarity with HR systems, preferably SAP or similar
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Preferred:

• Experience in recruiting tech roles

Scope and start date

Full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-06-30. Start 2026-01-02.
