We are now looking for reinforcement at our rental station at Luleå AP in the form of a service-oriented Car Rental Agent/Car Care Specialist (CSR/Hiker) who wants to be part of an exciting development journey. The role of Car Rental Agent/Car Care Specialist is varied, where your main task is to take care of our customers and cars, both of which are always in focus. You play an important role in the customer's experience of their rental, from the moment the customer comes to pick up their car until the return, where your customer service is crucial.

You will assist the customer throughout their car rental, such as:

• Receiving bookings & inquiries from customers via phone, email, or in person
• Assisting in the garage/parking for any questions regarding the car's functions
• Rental of cars & establishment of rental agreements
• Cleaning and preparing the car after rental as well as handling damages
• Car delivery & daily planning of the station's available fleet

A requirement for the position is a valid driver's license (B) and proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Furthermore, we believe you are an administrative star with a talent for learning new systems.
