We are looking for a consulting manager for the Luleå-Piteå region who wants to help create effective solutions for our customers in the industry. Here, you will have a daily routine where you work closely with our clients and contribute to advancing Swedish industry.

Who we are looking for: We are looking for someone who can quickly adapt to new situations, enjoys taking on challenges, and is passionate about building strong relationships. Previous experience is not a requirement, but we would like you to have experience in:

• Work leadership
• High-paced environments
• Sales and/or customer service

Your tasks: You will match and place consultants, follow up on assignments, drive recruitment processes from start to finish, and have personnel responsibility for the consultants you recruit. You will create networks, build long-term relationships, and develop the business together with the client.
