The position is part-time at 50%. Therefore, we believe you have some other main occupation alongside this work.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for matching the right skills with the right role, while enjoying a dynamic and varied everyday life where no day is the same. In addition to driving the entire recruitment process, you will organize recruitment events, work with proactive recruitment, and create attractive advertisements to find the right candidates. This is a chance to combine strategic thinking with social engagement in an important and developing role.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is educated or training in Human Resources or has equivalent documented work experience in the field
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has a B driver's license
