About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting for 2 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Länstrafiken in Norrbotten AB, with opportunities for extension of the assignment.

The assignment period will be a mutual trial period where you as a consultant have the same security as an employee. Länstrafiken's mission is to operate and develop public transport within Norrbotten County. The operations include general public transport by bus as well as service trips, which include transport services and medical trips. Job responsibilities

In the role of travel administrator/service desk, you are a key player in ensuring high customer satisfaction and delivering first-class service. Together with your colleague, you are responsible for providing support and guidance to customers who need to replace their old bus cards with new ones, while also informing them about Länstrafiken's digital solutions, such as their app environment.

By offering relevant and clear information, you help customers simplify and digitize their travel within public transport. In addition, you answer questions related to departures, buses, and other travel inquiries to ensure a smooth and positive experience for travelers.

The workplace is at a front desk at the bus station in Luleå, where you work in a service-oriented environment with direct contact with customers.

Your job responsibilities will include:

• Replacing old bus cards with new bus cards

• Informing and guiding in the app environment

• Answering questions and inquiries related to public transport and Länstrafiken's operations

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Good data and system skills

• Service experience from e.g. café, hotel, or similar

• Fluent in Swedish, good knowledge of English

• Experience in customer service is an advantage
