ABOUT THE POSITION

As an employee at Ur&Penn, you will work with both service and craftsmanship. You will be involved in the sale of watches and jewelry, as well as performing simple repairs on watches, such as battery replacements and shortening bracelets. We maintain a fast pace with a focus on the customer! A significant part of the job involves driving daily sales through customer service, upselling, and actively working with the sales team in the store to achieve set goals.

Our store managers play a crucial role in our organization and are fully responsible for the quality in the store. Of course, there is a central network with regional managers, other store managers, store support, and HR to support you with what you need. We are a company, and we help each other!

As a store manager with us, you will also work with:

• Hiring, leading, and developing store employees.
• Ensuring that Ur&Penn's concept is followed and being responsible for inventory and campaigns.
• Managing and leading towards sales and hourly budgets and being responsible for follow-up.
• Handling scheduling, time reporting, and approval in the time reporting system Quinyx.
• Ear/nose piercing.
• Ensuring that all store employees are informed about new and existing product information, as well as routines and training.

The position is a permanent full-time position (38.25h/week) with a 6-month probationary period, starting March 1, 2025.

Location: Smedjan & Shopping Galleria Luleå

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in retail.

PREFERABLE

• Previous work experience from Ur&Penn.
• Previous work experience in a similar role.
• Experience with the scheduling system Quinyx.
• Experience with retail agreements.
