About the Position

You will be part of our customer service team based in our beautiful office in Haparanda. The position offers the opportunity to use your language skills by helping Swedish and Finnish-speaking customers solve various issues. Working hours are varied Monday - Sunday, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. We look forward to your start with us in the fall of 2024.

Your Responsibilities:

You will handle incoming calls and inquiries in both Swedish and Finnish, provide support and solutions to our customers, and represent the company with professionalism and commitment. Working towards set goals and efficiently addressing customer needs will be part of your daily routine.

Opening hours: 06:00-23:00 every day of the year.

Your Profile

To fit the role, we see that you:

  • Have a passion for customer service and problem-solving.
  • Are a team player with strong collaborative skills.
  • Are punctual, reliable, and can manage your work effectively.
  • Are meticulous in your work with a focus on quality.
  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish, Finnish, and English.
  • Have experience in customer service or another type of service.
  • Have a high school diploma.
