We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous claims adjuster in health and accident insurance who wants to provide our customers with the best possible service when they need it the most.

About the position

You will be part of a small team working together to satisfy our customers through positive interactions and smooth, responsible claims handling. In the role of claims adjuster, you will receive and register claims affecting our customers, interpret insurance terms, and ensure that customers receive the correct compensation. You will work independently with your claims and be responsible for the entire dialogue with the customers. The work as a claims adjuster is varied and involves many contacts with our customers, primarily via phone and digital communication.

To succeed in this role, we want you to have a genuine and developed sense of customer service along with a strong drive and an efficient work approach. You easily create and maintain positive contacts with others and enjoy working in a team.

Your background

Previous experience in the insurance industry, claims handling, and/or healthcare is considered advantageous but is not a requirement. We will provide internal training in the areas needed if we believe you are the right person for the job.

In this role, a computer and phone are natural working tools, and it is important that you have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish.
