There are three nursing homes in Stenungsund municipality; Tallåsen, Hällebäck (which will soon move and become Lövberga) and Pressaregården.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone who wants to work nights at our facility Hällebäck! The operation will move to the new special accommodation Lövberga in 2026.

We offer a permanent part-time position where you will work nights. This is a position for you who enjoy night work and want to be part of a varied work environment where you can contribute.

As a nursing assistant, you play an important role in creating a meaningful everyday life for each individual, taking into account each resident's individual needs and circumstances. The goal is for each resident to live a dignified life and feel well-being. The working method should lead to good and safe care where the person achieves meaningfulness, comprehensibility, and manageability in their life situation through influence and participation.

You will work based on contact person principles and implementation plans and have close collaboration with other professional categories such as rehabilitation staff, nurses, and doctors. The work includes documentation and performing health and medical tasks by delegation.

The positions are permanent part-time, and working hours will be scheduled at night.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a nursing assistant education and experience in care work. You have good computer skills and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Experience in elderly care is an advantage, as it gives you a good understanding of the target group and the needs of the operation. We also consider knowledge in documentation, familiarity with the tools BPSD, IBIC, and LifeCare as merits.

Furthermore, we see that you want to work with development and have a solution-focused mindset, enjoy working in a team where the individual is at the center.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
